Turkey day has come and gone, and we didn’t do any turkey at all.  Nope, we had company, and decided to do something a bit different this year.  Looking back, the menu reads pretty well.  This meal was a fair bit of work, but it was well worth the effort:

For Dinner:

  • Pork Loin Roast with blackened rub
  • Sweet potato ravioli with sage-butter sauce
  • Fresh green beans sauteed in sesame oil
  • Cranberry and pear chutney
  • Fresh Dinner Rolls

For Dessert:

  • Pecan pie with vanilla ice cream
  • Home made glazed cinnamon rolls

There’s still one piece of pie left, but not for long.
