It pisses me off how people think the congress isn't doing anything or getting anything done. The reason is because as you say they aren't rubber stamping everything that comes across the table. And then they actually try to prosecute someone for lying (which is the only excuse repubs have for going after Clinton) and the congress still gets guff for it. WTF Mate?
