I saw a report about this demented mom yesterday and couldn’t believe it.
I understand that violence against women is epidemic, and that mothers are sometimes forced to defend themselves with whatever weapon is at hand, but come on. Your infant son? What could possibly have been going through this woman’s mind? Certainly, using your infant as a cudgel is a tragedy is so many ways. What makes me cringe for the future is that this stupid, stupid, stupid couple had five kids. Think they’ll turn out any better than mom and dad after this event, and the subsequent years they’ll undoubtedly spend in child protective services?
